Ramadan at Aisha Mosque

This year during the holy month of Ramadan, Aisha Mosque will insha’a Allah be providing the following services:

• Daily Iftars. Aisha Mosque is in contact with local families to arrange with them preparing Iftars. Each family is responsible for preparing the Iftar for one or more days during the month. It expected that there will be between 20 and 30 people present during an Iftar. A family either prepares the food or buys it directly from a restaurant.
• I’tikaf during the last 10 days of Ramadan. Iftar and Suhour will insha’a Allah be provided by the mosque. Each person making I’tikaf must be registered with the Aisha Mosque administration. A fee of $50 will be requested.

If you want to help with the Iftars, and gain lots of rewards in the process, there are three ways you can do so:

1. Prepare food.
2. Transport food.
3. Donate

If you would like to participate in any of these three ways, come to Aisha Mosque. You can fill out the Ramadan Iftar Schedule and choose which day you want to be responsible for. Or, if you have a car and would like to transport food from someone’s home to the mosque, please put your name in the Ramadan Drivers list. And, you can always donate money in the donation box allocated specifically for Iftars.
